Care & Maintenance

• Clean Burn: Trim the wick before every light to prevent soot. 

• First Burn: Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first use to prevent "tunneling." 

• Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

Printing guidelines:

• Create files in sRGB color profile.

• Prepare designs at 1:1 scale relative to the actual print size.

• Save files in PNG format with a resolution of at least 150 DPI. A higher resolution, such as 300 DPI, will produce sharper results. However, note that higher-resolution files may take longer to upload, which can affect transfer and online editing times.

• Avoid using semi-transparent elements or reduced opacity in designs,

• Placement Tolerances: Minor variations in print placement may occur. Please avoid placing critical alignment elements near edges or seams.

Note: We can’t guarantee an exact match between your design and print. Make sure your screen is calibrated and use sRGB palette while creating to help it happen.
