Production quality

Built for consistent print quality at scale

Technology is only useful when the output stays dependable from one order to the next. Our production workflow combines connected equipment, controlled color routines and automated order handling.

01

Centralized Calibration

Every printer across our US and EU facilities is linked via a centralized system. Continuous, synchronized calibration routines guarantee your digital designs yield identical physical color results across both continents.

02

Premium Eco-Friendly Inks

We utilize advanced, water-based textile inks that absorb deeply into fibers. This eliminates thick, plasticky textures, creating highly flexible prints that stand up to repeated washes without fading.

03

Rapid & Automatic Workflow

Bypass manual administration entirely. Once your e-commerce storefront is connected, incoming orders instantly map directly to the nearest production queue.

FAQ

Print technology questions, answered

A quick guide to choosing between DTG, All-Over Print and sublimation for your next product.

How do I choose the right print technology?

Start with the product material, the amount of print coverage and the type of artwork. DTG works well for detailed graphics on finished garments, AOP is designed for edge-to-edge designs on cut-and-sew products, and sublimation is suited to compatible polyester products and selected accessories.

What is the difference between DTG and All-Over Print?

With DTG, ink is printed directly onto an already finished garment. With All-Over Print, the artwork is applied to fabric before the individual product panels are cut and sewn, allowing the design to cover the product edge to edge.

Does Snapwear offer All-Over Print on cotton?

Yes. Cotton AOP is one of Snapwear’s specialties, with a broad collection of 35+ cotton All-Over Print products. We also offer AOP options on polyester and other compatible synthetic fabrics.

Does Snapwear require a minimum order quantity?

No. Snapwear does not require minimum order quantities across its print-on-demand technologies, so you can produce single orders as well as larger runs.

What products work best with sublimation?

Sublimation is designed for compatible polyester materials and selected lifestyle accessories such as drinkware. Because the color becomes part of the compatible material, the decoration does not sit on top as a separate print layer.

How does Snapwear maintain consistent print quality?

Our production workflow combines connected industrial equipment with centralized color calibration routines and controlled production processes across our EU and US production network.
