Guidelines for File Preparation:

• Color Profile: Create design files using the sRGB color profile.

• Scale: Prepare artwork at a 1:1 scale relative to the actual patch dimensions (maximum 10x5 cm).

• Format & Resolution: Save files as PNG with a transparent background at a minimum of 150 DPI (300 DPI recommended for maximum sharpness of fine details and text).

• Transparency: Avoid using semi-transparent elements or blurred color transitions (opacity gradients) to full transparency.

• Tolerances: Due to the elasticity of the beanie, minimal variations in print placement on the patch may occur; avoid placing critical alignment lines directly near its edges.
